This installation replicates a standard box of 24 slides and a generic hand-held viewer, at a scale 16 times the size of the original.
The box, viewer and slide frames are made of lacquered Baltic birch. The representational images on each slide are rendered with traditional kiln-fired vitreous enamel on heavy float glass panes.
